Shipping rates and delivery standards are in accordance with Canada Post policies. We also offer local delivery and various pick up options. Our products ship from our brick and mortar store at 2120 Broad Street, Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.
What are your product sizing details?
Please check the product description for fit recommendations as they vary. If you need assistance, please just ask.
Can I try things on when I shop?
Of course! We wouldn't have it any other way. And when you book an appointment, you will have the shop to yourself.
Can I book a shopping party?
Yes we love a shopping party! We can accommodate up to 4 people / party. A minimum non refundable deposit of $50/person is required which may be applied to their purchase.
How will I know my shoes will fit?
Well the litmus test is to try them on. But it helps to know your width and length. If you are unsure, I can work with you to find your size. Each brand tends to have its own size chart, and some have narrow and wide fits. In our descriptions, check out the fit recommendations. If you have a question, just ask.
Do you have this in my size?
Our online store is up to date on sizing so if it says we have it then we do. The inventory shown on our website is also shoppable in person at our store on 2120 Broad Street in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada by appointment. But if you're not here, we're happy to work with you online and figure out the best possible sizing for you.
